 Sales Policy

We want you to love your new piece of Art!

 If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unworn item (s) within fifteen days (15) days for a credit towards other merchandise minus S&H. Please note that sales of custom orders or discontinued merchandise sales are final and cannot be returned. I will email you whether or not your purchase will fall into one of the following categories- Custom, sales, and discontinued items.  Merchandise must be returned in original condition, unworn, showing no signs of use, and in original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased from Anthony Angel Fine Jewelry on etsy.com. Items purchased through another retailer must be returned in accordance with that companies return policy.

To return an item, please contact angel@anthonyangel.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which will be honored for goods shipped within (7) days of issuance. In your email, please note the date of purchase, the item to be returned, and a copy of your receipt.

Anthony Angel Fine Jewelry cannot be liable if merchandise is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. All items should be shipped with the appropriate insurance. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable.

Anthony Angel Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any items that are damaged, broken, not resoluble, and not returned according to the policy outlined above. Please include an email address and telephone number with your return, so we can contact you and let you know your item has been received and your return is being processed.

**Please note that if I have sized a ring for you or modified a piece of jewelry per your request, this item cannot be returned.
